Hello friend. Welcome to Tilde. It’s so nice to meet you.

Tilde offers mortality guidance for everyone. Our approach is a blend of contemplation, planning, and therapeutic care. We’ll walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs and encourage you to live well by acknowledging that death is inevitable one day. We’ll help you create the life you want and support you ‘till the end.

“You can live and die in a way that’s aligned with what’s important to you and your loved ones. It’s just a matter of discussing it.We can empower you to bring your care back into your own hands, if you so choose.”

We can serve you therapeutically through our care services where we could have conversations about things like how you live, the struggle, the love, and how you want to be remembered. Throughout these often tough conversations, we’ll support you in navigating any strong emotions that come up through mindfulness and breathing techniques. When talking specifically about the end of life, we’re here to provide guidance for everyone: if you’re curious or worried about death, if you’re coming close to the end or grieving something that is, or if you want to live more in alignment with what’s important.

We also offer a unique blend of contemplative, out of the box events. For now, we’re leading breathwork sessions and hosting Living Funeral Ceremonies (both private and group events). If you’re getting bored with the ho-hum of daily life and want to spice it up, our contemplations are for you.

There are also more practical things we could do together to prepare you and your loved ones for the future, like planning, paperwork, and getting your ducks in a row so to speak. For when the time comes, we can provide holistic, non-medical bedside care, in which we’ll walk alongside you in whatever stage, time and capacity you’ll have us. This could include things like setting the atmosphere of your space, supporting the emotional health of you and your loved ones, making arrangements and sitting vigil as you navigate the transition from life to death.

You can live and die in a way that’s aligned with what’s important to you and your loved ones. It’s just a matter of discussing it. We can empower you to bring your care back into your own hands, if you so choose.

The cycle of life and death is the only certainty in our lives. By bringing death into steady focus, you can live the life that was always within your grasp but perhaps put aside in the daily grind. And who knows — maybe we can figure this whole Life thing out together.

Before you go, maybe you’d like to read more about us.

We would love to stay in touch if all of this interests you. And if not, perhaps you can stick around a little while longer, just to see.

Either way, I hope we talk soon.
